+ How do I sell my ticket or action a name change?
OFFICIAL RESALES are now available via Humanitix across valid Festival Tickets.
Humanitix is our approved Resale provider making it the only way to resell and/or process a name change. They provide safe, secure and ethical resale which means you can only list your Ticket at the price you paid (no more, no less). Fees are way lower than 3rd party alternatives, and all booking fees you pay go to charity.
DO NOT exchange money for Tickets anywhere else as your Tickets will not be valid against your name. Scamming has increased especially with Strawberry being sold out.
Resales will open on 1 February 2025 and be available with the Ticket info on our site.
+ Can I bring my pet to Tumbafest?
No. Due to the large numbers of people that attend, we don’t allow pets inside the festival grounds.
